For orders under $200 we offer a flat rate of $10 for standard post and $13 for express post

Due to current airspace restrictions affecting global flight routes in parts of the Middle East, international shipping may experience delays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (EXCLUDING USA)

For all international orders we offer a flat rate of $26.99 for standard international post. We offer express postage for all international orders at the rate of $39.95. Our express parcels are sent with DHL or Australia post express depending on the country of purchase.  All express orders should be received your items within 7-10 business days. (FREE STANDARD SHIPPING OVER $300 AUD)

PRE-ORDER

DUTIES AND TAXES

Customers are responsible for organising their own acceptance of items based on the delivery options they choose. Any re-delivery of parcels needs to be arranged and paid for by the customer. Please note that payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs to get an idea of any duties or taxes that may apply.

DELIVERY

Orders returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, unpaid customs charges, or an incorrect/incomplete shipping address provided at checkout are not eligible for refunds. Once received back to us, a store credit will be issued or the parcel can be resent at the customer’s expense.

By placing an order, you agree to our shipping and customs policies, including responsibility for any import duties, taxes, or returned parcel fees.

Once the package has been accepted by the postal service, we are no longer responsible for the delivery. We are also not responsible for any shipment delays, missing, lost or stolen packages. If you are having issues with your delivery, please contact your local postal service directly.
