AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $200 AUD
For orders under $200 we offer a flat rate of $10 for standard post and $13 for express post
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (EXCLUDING USA)
For all international orders we offer a flat rate of $26.99 for standard international post. We offer express postage for all international orders at the rate of $39.95. Our express parcels are sent with DHL or Australia post express depending on the country of purchase. All express orders should be received your items within 7-10 business days. (FREE STANDARD SHIPPING OVER $300 AUD)
USA ORDERS
Important Notice: Updated Import Tariffs – 24th September 2025
As of 24th September 2025, ORPHE is once again shipping to the United States. Australia Post has partnered with Zonos to streamline U.S. import tariff processing, meaning all duties and tariffs are included in the checkout price — so there are no surprise charges at the border.
All U.S. shipping prices now include applicable U.S. import tariffs.

PRE-ORDER
If you have purchased an item on pre-order, your entire order will not ship until your pre-order item has arrived. If you have any questions, please email us at orphe.service@gmail.com
DUTIES AND TAXES
If you choose to reject or refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $80AUD return fee deducted from your store credit. This return fee covers the return shipping and fees. Please note we do not offer refunds for these returns.
DELIVERY
Once the package has been accepted by the postal service, we are no longer responsible for the delivery. We are also not responsible for any shipment delays, missing, lost or stolen packages. If you are having issues with your delivery, please contact your local postal service directly. To avoid any delivery issues, we suggest requesting for signature on delivery or using the Free AusPost Parcel Lockers if you are in Australia.
