Please choose carefully during this sale, as no returns, credits or exchanges will be provided - this includes size exchanges as stock levels are changing rapidly and we are unable to hold items for you. Please refer to our size guide online prior to purchasing to determine your best fit or email us at contact@orphe.com.au
Black Friday Price Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds, credits, or price adjustments on orders placed prior to or after any sale or promotion.
Due to high demand and limited stock, prices during our Black Friday event apply only to orders placed during the promotional period.

Refunds: Please choose carefully, at this time we are unable to offer returns for the following:
- Sale items
- Items purchased during promotional periods including Black Friday sales
- Items purchased using special discount codes (15% off or above)
- PRE SALE and/or PRE ORDER items.
Exchanges/Credit: For change of mind, size change or design change, we can offer exchanges or if the item is not available we can offer store credit. Provided all of the following requirements are met:
All products must be returned
- Unworn and unwashed
- Tags attached
- Free from make up and fake tan
- Free from any scent of deodorant, perfume or washing powder
- Returned within 7 days of receiving the item
If any of the requirements are not met we have the right to refuse the return.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer - original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not provide free return shipping.

Faulty/Damaged Items: If you have received an order with faulty or damaged goods, please contact us at orphe.service@gmail.com as soon as possible. We may request photographic evidence and/or some other details regarding the faulty or damaged item. We reserve the right to determine a genuine fault or damage to an item.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Please carefully check that your Order (including delivery address) is accurate before you purchase it. We have a strict no cancellation policy. No cancellations or changes will be accepted. This also applies to pre-orders/ pre-sale items.
Orphe does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. We reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing.
INTERNATIONAL / EXPRESS RETURNS
If you are outside of Australia or prefer to send your return back express, please send your return using a trackable service, with your order number and reason for return to orphe.service@gmail.com
PLEASE NOTE: Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages. We strongly recommend you get a tracking number when returning an item.
